• Who is this for?

Unlearnings is for people who want to experience, to think, to dive deep into a discussion of a concept, or new model, or something that doesn't seem to have a direct correlation to today's work. Some people might think the topics are extremely obscure, but for the group of people in the discussion, that topic becomes extremely important and relatable to their work. It is for individuals and people in companies that are frustrated with how things are going.

      What is this for?

Most companies and employees are doing tasks based on fear. We spend the majority of our time at work, but we rarely use the time to get smarter, innovate, or build an asset that we are proud of. We believe great leaders are people who inspire us to think differently, put ourselves in other's shoes, and build something important that we want to own and share.
